KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS FOR FACEBOOK

You may not have know Facebook has some special combinations of keys, keyboard shortcuts that will save you time.

Each combination uses the Alt key (bottom left or right of your keyboard) + a number.WARNING: Do not use the numbers on the numpad (the right of the keyboard), use the numbers above the letters.

The following combinations will work on Google Chrome and not all browsers have been tested, does not work on Firefox. In Internet Explorer you must press ENTER after you apply the shortcut.

• Alt +1: takes you to the home page of Facebook.
• Alt +2: takes you to your profile
• Alt +3: page opens with friend requests pending
• Alt +4: takes you to the Inbox
• Alt +5: page opens notifications
• Alt +6: open the page "My Account"
• Alt +7: opens the settings page of your privacy
• Alt +8: takes you to the fan page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/facebook)
• Alt +9: page opens on the "Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities"
• Alt +0: takes you to the "Service Center" on Facebook.
